Somewhat a 'Draw this again' thing from this: rune-k.deviantart.com/art/WIP-… , though not exactly.

This was done hugely for practice purposes because I feel that my skills have been stagnating and have been having problems in finishing a piece.  So, what better way to improve than hitting the books and look at techniques and ideas?  I also began to share my WIP online as well and tbqh, that immediate feedback where everything is still in the process.

Turns out, this pays off almost immediately, I'll say.  This picture might not be the best ever, but I can see a big difference from what I'd drawn in January (that I have kept hidden from everyone due to how terrible it is ).  In the middle of working on this too, I've also learned of 'other techniques™' that are way better than what I've done here.  Of course, I wanted to commit myself in finishing this one first before moving on because I'm also learning a different thing with this

Either way, I'm happy to finally be able to post something 'presentable' again on dA and it's been a huge morale boost.  Thankfully, I can keep all of these terrible drawings on my hard drive.  THEY'LL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY.
